When spending some quiet time with my Best Friend, I had an epiphany… it was nothing extreme and nothing that should be new to anyone else…It’s definitely not a rocket-science kind of thought… but in a way, I guess it is.

I am unique

I’m sure some of you are laughing, thinking to yourselves ‘you can say that again’… but seriously… think about it… even think about it in regards to you… you are also unique… there is no one else out there that is exactly like you…

I have my own special quirks… I drink coffee like it’s water… I love headbands, especially if they have bows… I love China and would love to live there again… I love to mow the lawn and grill (the inner tomboy)… I love getting dressed up (my inner girly girl)… I can’t walk in heels to save my life (back to my inner tomboy)… I am a child at heart and love to watch Disney movies… I shamelessly sing out loud in the car and don’t care who sees me… I geek out when doing anything computer related (I even use my webcam as a mirror sometimes ^.^)… All of these things are my own special quirks… they make me unique…

My Best Friend has helped make me the person that I am today… He helped make me the quirky, unique person that I am, and there is no one else out there just like me… and I think it is such a beautiful concept.
